Jobsite Clock

Terms of service

Last updated October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between [Company legal name] ("we") and the company that subscribes to Jobsite Clock ("you"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Jobsite Clock records when your workers clock in and out, where they were when they did, and calculates hours and overtime under the rules you set. It's a record-keeping tool. It isn't payroll, legal or tax advice. You choose the overtime rules, rounding and lunch settings, and you're responsible for making sure they match the laws that apply to your workers.

2. Price and cancelling

$39 a month for up to 25 people who clock in, $1 a month for each person after that, billed by Stripe. Cancel any time from the billing page; the service runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If you're not satisfied, ask within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund of it.

3. Location and your workers

The service records a worker's location only at each punch. You agree to tell your workers that their punches record location, to use the location records only for confirming time and attendance, and to follow any state law on notice or consent for employee location data. The app shows each worker a notice before their first punch.

4. Accuracy

Phone locations can be off by tens or hundreds of feet, and someone determined can fake one. Treat an off-site flag as a reason to ask, not proof. Hours are only as accurate as the punches and edits entered. Check timesheets before you run payroll.

5. Your records

You own everything you and your workers enter. We hold it only to provide the service, following our privacy policy, and won't disclose it except to the providers listed there or where the law requires, in which case we'll tell you first if we're allowed to. You're responsible for keeping the payroll records the law requires; download your reports regularly and before closing your account.

6. Your account

You decide who has a login and what they can do. Deactivate people when they leave. Tell us right away if you think someone got into your account.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will never be down. If workers can't clock in during an outage, managers can add their time by hand. If we ever stop offering Jobsite Clock, we'll give you at least 60 days' notice.

8. No warranty

Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, special or consequential damages or lost profits, including wage claims or penalties. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to fraud or willful misconduct.

10. General

The laws of Louisiana govern these terms. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. We'll email you at least 30 days before any change that reduces your rights. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about the service.
